The Challenge.
General-purpose language models will answer anything — including things they shouldn't, in domains where a wrong answer costs more than no answer. Healthcare, financial, legal, industrial, and transport operations needed inference that is engineered around violations first: missing one costs more than a false alarm.
We weren't building a better chatbot. We were building a reliable inference engine for operations that cannot afford to be wrong.
What We Built.
A violation-centric decision engine covering 25 safety domains in 7 clusters — healthcare, financial, legal & regulatory, cyber & security, industrial, transport, and people — held together by 8 hard invariants and eight engineering disciplines that separate a decision engine from a language model.
